We advise owners of stable, cash-flowing businesses through disciplined and structured transactions.
Our approach is measured, confidential, and grounded in financial fundamentals — not hype or speculation.
Every engagement is handled with care, clarity, and long-term perspective.
Our Philosophy
Businesses built on steady operations and consistent performance deserve advisory that reflects the same discipline.
We focus on structure, preparation, and controlled execution — ensuring business transitions are approached deliberately and strategically.

Our History

Vendture Group’s story traces back more than a century. In the early 1900s, our founder Kayin Kelly’s great-great-grandfather, Max Sigman, worked as an ice block vendor in Brooklyn, New York.
Before refrigeration became widespread, families relied on large blocks of ice to preserve their food. Max collected ice from distributors and delivered it by horse-drawn carriage throughout the city—providing a simple but essential service that kept households running.
More than a hundred years later, the same principle still applies: practical, service-driven businesses that meet everyday needs.
Today, Vendture Group specializes in the brokerage and acquisition of vending businesses, vending routes, and route-based service businesses. As a vending business broker and route-business advisory firm, we help entrepreneurs and investors buy and sell vending businesses and other convenience-focused operations across Ontario.
These asset-based, location-driven businesses generate steady cash flow by serving workplaces and communities. With firsthand experience as vending operators and entrepreneurs, our team understands these businesses from the inside out—from locations and equipment to logistics, margins, and growth opportunities.
By combining industry knowledge with modern marketing and brokerage practices, Vendture Group helps entrepreneurs acquire, grow, and transition cash-flowing small businesses.
In many ways, the mission hasn’t changed since Max Sigman’s time—connecting essential service businesses with the people who rely on them.
